Cigar Bar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on Cigar Bar
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Response Timeline

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. Infringing content will be promptly removed or disabled. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by contacting us at [email protected] with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
